Leslie Medrano is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at the front desk. Before working for Total True Automotive, she worked at a bank. Leslie grew tired of the bank’s attitude where customers were another number or transaction. She wanted to take the time to develop a relationship with customers. Her bosses at the bank did not allow her to do that. 


At Total True Automotive, Leslie is encouraged to get to know the customers. She discovered one of their customers had a new puppy. She bought puppy chew toys and sent them to the customer’s home. Leslie is encouraged to take the time to talk with customers to better understand how their car needs fit into their life in the big-picture.
