First let us say that we are concerned about the environment and we take great pride in knowing that we are doing all can to be certain that we operate an environmentally clean facility.  We are so proud of this that we invite the Texas Commision on Environmental Quality into our facility once a year to check our facility and procedures. There are only a handful of general repair shops that participate in this program and on two collision repair facilities with us being one of them. So what happens to all the stuff we use? What happens to all the damaged parts, left over paint, oil, and antifreeze?

Not only do we custom mix our paint, but we only mix what we need for the job. So we have very little paint left over, and what is left over is recycled in our paint recycling equipment. We "cook" all the solvents out and make wash thinner to be used for general cleaning. We also sort all of our aluminum, metal and plastic and those are sent to various companies for recycling purposes. Plastic and metal bumper covers are sent to be repaired and are then resold as recycled parts. All of our antifreeze is sent to a recycler who cleans and reformulates it for sale. Most oil change places use recycled antifreeze to top off fluid levels. We make every effort to see that all the materials we use does not make it to any landfill, other than our general trash which is pretty much the same as everybody's everyday household trash.

View from the rear. We actually own a little over an acre of land at this location, so we still have some for expansion as our market increases.

paintbooth

This is our refininshing area, the spray booth is a climate controlled and dust free room that allows us to give you a factory finish. It also has a bake cycle that allows us to bake the finish, we usually bake at 165 degrees for about 20 minutes, which hardens the finish much faster so that we can begin the reasembly process sooner. This also allows us to wash the vehicle within about two hours of spraying the vehicle.
